I came to the decsion that i am going to try to make this 4l80e work. my question is i no 1st and 2nd gear shift off line pressure 3rd and 4th are electronic. I can wire 3rd 4th and the torque converter to 3 differnt tongue switchs. But i was going to see instead of having all kinds of tongue switchs 1 for my train horns 1 for my system then 3 for my tranny can i just buy a dsp5 switch and wire the tranny in to the dsp5 switch. If so the only thing i can see that i will have to wire into a tg switch will be my torque converter

Kurt if you are going to do this manual shift I will post up a diagram tomorrow on how to do it. You will be working off 2 shift solenoids and a tcc solenoid. It's pretty simple but constanly working the toggles will get old.

Mike thank you very much i went and picked up the package just a little bite ago. Looks pretty simple. Im glad u sent them my way i would have been in the dark without a flash light. Well atleast now i have a flash light

I would want a multiposition switch so you couldnt accidentally engage multiple switches simultaneously, but perhaps there is no possiblity to damage any thing. Good luck and keep us posted.
