Question: How big of a lift pump do I need

I'm shopping around for a lift pump and I dont Know what to buy I'm thinkinig of going with AirDog.My question is, is that a good choice if not what should I get and how big 150gph ,160gph stock to moderate, moderate to extreme etc. Let me know what I need with the mods I have. P.S. I run the truck on stock sometimes because I dont need anymore speeding tickets will a larger one adversely affect my stock perfomance
