Just curious if anyone else has noticed that when the weather heats up their truck tends to haze more. I'm assuming the air is less dense so it isn't getting a full burn at idle? Balance rates are all good. Just figured I'd see if anyone else has noticed this.

Outside temp definitely affects these things. My truck is smokey and much slower to spool when it's 90+ degrees outside, especially at my 4400-ft elevation. I can drive the truck around all winter/spring without even a whisp of smoke around town in my biggest tune. But in July and August, I'm always turning it down to Level 3 to keep the smoke manageable...

Thats what I figured. Its been mid 90s around me lately and I just noticed a bit more haze than normal. Wanted to confirm it wasn't an issue before I started digging around/

Going from 115*+ to 40s-50s in the winter here make a HUGE difference. When its near 120* outside you can hear the way the charger spools, spinning faster just to make the same boost.

When its in the 40s and 50s it lights up almost effortlessly. :thumb: great feeling.

I've noticed the smoke tends to stay together longer in the hot air. Sort of hangs as a cloud instead of dispersing like it does when its cold and not so humid. Yay Science!

Same here when I had mine

Turbo gas engines blow up in this weather because the ecu cant pull enough timing out and you get dumb kids that don't know anything and drive it like they stole it when its 110

Ya this last spring I tuned out most of the smoke. Now if I ease into it on the hwy it smokes for 2sec. before it clears up.
