Home Solar Power

Does anyone here know anything about home solar power and/or any reputable companies I could look at? I'd like to look at adding solar power to my house to help offset (eliminate would be even better) the raping Ameren is dealing out. I found Lennox's SunSource product, which looks nice (I rather like the modular inverters), but I don't want something that's proprietary to a new AC unit. Can anyone offer any suggestions?

Havent hooked in to the elec grid at the shop and dont want to.

So far I have a bank of about 8 deep cycle 12 volt batts, a small solar charger, and the generator to top off the batts & run bigger elec stuff.

But I want to add a bigger solar charger and a bigger invertor
