Okay so over the last few days I've be building my homeade egr delete and y bridge. Few questions...

First, is does anyone know of where to get an aluminum bung for the iat2 sensor? Should be 1.25 pitch 10mm. Next question is related to the fuel block that connects before the cp3, it has a place to pressurize the system. Can I get rid if that? It would work best with my y bridge if I could just use flexible lines instead of the hard metal lines. Plus I think I may have kinked one in the process. Here is the lines ImageUploadedByTapatalk1394582779.600188.jpg so what I'm really asking is do you think the fuel line would hold on to the metal if I cut it shorter and didn't have a groove on the end? It's not high pressure just around 8 psi of so. Other than that I'm almost finished, got my up pipe welded, just waiting on a final 45* tube to arrive later this week ImageUploadedByTapatalk1394582884.349932.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1394582925.832855.jpg

You can just bypass the test port and remove it, connect the incoming fuel line from the filter head to the line that connects to the cp3 feed line:thumb:

Looks good for a DIY egr delete:thumb:

Now wouldn't be a bad time to delete the factory fuel filter, you can run the water in fuel signal wire back to the lift pump, if it has the wires for it :D

And, no, the fuel line doesn't collapse from being looped like that :thumb:

Yup already got my filter deleted, but only problem is that the cp3 fuel inlet is a smaller size than the fuel filter line, and that block also has the fuel return line for the pressure relive valve integrated with the block and connected to the injector return line

Get a bigger cp3 inlet fitting. Then just connect everything back together with fuel hose. Hmm, might actually go out and do a little bit of re plumbing myself.

I ran rubber line from the filter head to a step down barb fitting then put it to the cp3. On the cp3 I have a PPE high flow fitting. The return I did the same thing and works fine no issues.
