My good friend and co-worker blew a hole in his piston the other day
82000 miles ,tuned since birth with the EDGE he never uses power 5 because it would limp his stock trans

he was hauling a 9000lb trailer when it happened and was in power 2
I assume his injector stuck open or something EGTS where always low on this truck and he gad defuel set all the time EGTS to 1350f

He got it towed to GM where they raped him,He is now trading it in on a 08LMM

At first i thought he blew the turbo,I checked the codes before the tow truck came and engine underboost was the only thing showing,NO cylinder misfire codes


Gm phoned him today and said massive blow-by on one piston.HMM Crazy
