I mad a total of 6 pulls on the dyno this weekend. I am an idion I drove the truck to the dyno with McRats 502 tune in the truck some how between showing up to the dyno and making my first 3 pulls I switched the tune from my 502 to to another 50HP two tune. My tow tune peaked 324.60 RWHP at 2600RPM and peaked 654.31RWTQ at 2300RPM I was pissed I thought that was my race tune and I was like now way my truck has way more power. So then I looked at EFI live and saw the tow tune loaded in the truck.

So then I loaded the race tune in. The truck peaked 420.54 RWHP at 2700 RPM and 757.41 RWTQ at 2600RPM.

My truck doess not have a lift pump. At 2600 RPM my rail pressure was at 8750PSI.

I will call and talk to you in the morning. The truck just dropped the power off when my rail pressure dropped. I think the truck would have made 500 HP around the 3100RPM mark. Does this sound right. I was running your 502 tune.

I am interested also. Those numbers seem low even with the rail pressure drop. Many other's have had 30-50 more hp with you setup.

I think the dyno reads low. There was another truck on the dyno that day that only make around 900RWTQ and the guy said on a couple of other dynos the the truck made 1000RWTQ with the same tune. Next week I am going to get a hold of Pat and have him look at my tune since he built it and see if anything is out of wack.

My lift pump will be hear tommarrow and I will get it on in the next day or sow. I need to get the truck on the dyno soon.

I was there and seen this truck run. It sounded pretty good but I think it was having a hard time keeping rpm when the load hit. The first few runs the truck keeped down shifting. Can his truck be locked into a gear? I might say even with him needing pumps alittle more time on the dyno dialing in where to maintain the truck when the load comes on would help. Not saying John you don't know how to drive your truck but even the guy that drove your truck the last couple runs I don't think had it felt out for getting 100% of what your truck had.

I know. I could not keep the truck from down shifting. I was playing with EFI live on the street and could not get the truck to lock in 4th gear. The truck just needs a little more time on the dyno and it will produce some good numbers.
