LLY: High Idle

My high idle is not working, I have everything set with efi live, so it should come on whenever i turn it on in the DIC. But it does not, only thing i'm running different is an 01 TCM tune. It's 30 and snowing right now and it still isn't coming on.

Ok i was looking around and found an 01 TCM tune that is supposed to work with high idle. Givin it a shot.
