Ever since I went to Efi Live, my high idle disappeared for when its cold outside and I start my truck below a certain temp. Is there just a click on the computer to turn it back on?

Shouldn't have anything to do with it. Might be dumb, but maybe yours got turned off by accident. Try turning it back on
Turn the key to run, hold accelerator to the floor, then tap your brake pedal quickly 3 times to turn it on. That's how it works on new ones, its probably the same on an 05 it should say elevated idle on on the DIC if it worked.
Well actually found it in the steering wheel settings.. Feel like a goober now, only time I've ever mess with those buttons are to reset the oil n fuel... Completely forgot bout the setting button.... Oh well thanks anyways
