Hello from Fort Sill Oklahoma. I just bought an 06 2500HD with an allison, 4x4. It a crew cab short bed. I really like it and it gets better mileage than my Z71. I bought it for the 4 doors and to haul the quads. The Z71 only gets like 10 mpg when towing and I hated the extended cab.
