I'd say throw it in a crock-pot on low for a long while. Make some sort of colaberation out of it, throw desired seasonings and spices and maybe some veggies for flavor
Slow cook it till the meat falls off! Then make ya a pork french-dip! Or a BBQ pulled pork sammich! :drool:
