What the hell do I do with a Pork Hock??

How do I prep and cook it?

a soup is better for a hock though because of the lack of meat
when i made pulled pork with it it only made a few sndwiches


but it realy depends on how it was cut(how much leg there is with it)

For fear of sounding :gaybow:, ah hell I'll say it anyhow, I need a slowcooker!!!

It's not gay if it's used to cook dead animal carcass.:D

I'd say throw it in a crock-pot on low for a long while. Make some sort of colaberation out of it, throw desired seasonings and spices and maybe some veggies for flavor:p:p
Slow cook it till the meat falls off! Then make ya a pork french-dip! Or a BBQ pulled pork sammich! :drool:
