Figured I'd post some pics of my truck... didn't know what category to put it under but hopefully this is right...

sold my old prerunner because I wanted a little more room for my 2 year old son and a truck I could depend on.... I was always working on my old truck

So I picked up this fully loaded LB7 for 14,500 with 125k miles on it

So far I have done

-4 inch straight pipe downpipe back
-pro fab intake horn (BITCH TO INSTALL)
-brand new 285/75/16 cooper discoverer ATP tires load range E
- replaced pitman arm/idler arm. inner and outer tie rods. ordered up some fresh new Jounce bumpers or (bump stops) I call them...
-installed some 2" norcal nick drop shackles with 1/2 wheel spacers in the rear

Basically just trying to clean her up and get her running good

and a bunch of small stuff like brand new headlights and daytime lights with clear corners. low highs and fogs hid's interior leds etc etc

next I want to get efi live with a dsp2 and possibly a lift pump

Now I have the pro fab downpipe but I wasn't unable to install it because the bolts are a bitch to get to...

How it looked when I bought it

Funny thing you say that. Over time the paint chipped off during car washes so I ended up stripping them gonna have to find a better way.

Make sure you check them injectors

They've been replaced once by chevy at about 80k. Trucks got 130 as of right now. I'm praying they last a while. I run about 16Oz of 2 cycle oil during every fillup tcw3 rated.

I've been wanting to upgrade to a lift pump and have been searching but don't know what I'm gonna run yet. some people say ppe's suck some say airdog 150 suck etc. I think it'd be cool to run a mechanical pump but haven't found to much info on that yet.

Airdog 165 with cat filters. No problems with it for 40k miles. I really like the airdog kit.

I know there has been bad reviews with the alligator performance adapters right? Two of my buddies say they leak. I was told to get one from the nicktane website.

What do you guys think If I get a ppe lift pump with the cat filter. Also I see the cat filter doesn't have a water serperator nor does the ppe pump. Could that be a problem?
