LB7: Help

Ok folks, I got a 01 LB7 that acts plum stupid at times and fine at times. Here are my issues. FIRST when trying to power brake launch it just wont do it. Builds no boost. Pulling out truck is weak. After pulling out and start building rpm it starts building boost and comes on with power. I have new injectors have changed boost sensor have checked MAF . Any id's

Is your tc slipping enough to get rpm?

Yeah belive so, started it yesturday and when giving it fuel it wouldn't change any at all. Put it in gear press the accelerator pedal and nothing if I sit there with it pressed it would gradually srart reving up and pulling .
