I have a 2006 gmc with 6.6 lbz smokes like hell an knocks an won't start without starting fluid if I unplug number 7 injector it stops knocking but still won't start an smokes have put 3 differnt injectors in number 7 spot still the same

Your symptoms could be from low compression, or major fuel system problems.
When you hook up a scan tool during cranking, what does the rail pressure do? What are the actual and desired values?
When it is running, is there any blowby out the oil fill tube? A light puff (some visible vapor but you can't feel air moving) is normal. Anything more than that is not.

On the scaner all I'm getting on fuel rail pressure is 800 lb while running I get 5000 lb at an idel
