i took the truck to the car wash today it came out sat for a min or to then i went to take off. it would not get over 1900 rpm and the check engine lite is on. it drives fine now but the light is still on i think somthing got to wet an dryed out but now i cant make the light go out what do i do

As long as it's driving fine and doesn't have the same problem again, I think the ecm will turn off the light after several ignition cycles. You could get some one with an EFILive scantool or techII to turn it off for you

you were right the light went out now the real fun begins finding the short
