Help stock ECM tune os lost

Heres what I get took out on eof my efi live tune and went to load new one and lost everything truck will not start and this is what the efi live says and missing.lost vin and gm os 0%

Mine did this once & we disconnected the batteries for 1/2hr & reloaded & was good. Call Pat though

anytime I have trouble with EFI Live, I will completely shut down the program on the computer, unhook everything then re-hook up everything like you are supposed, get the program running again and try loading/reading again. That's my first step

If that doesn't work, shut everything down, disconnect everything, and unhook the batteries for 15+min. Then get everything hooked back up and load or extract.

If that doesn't fix it, and this hasn't happened to me or anyone I've helped with EFI Live, then I'd call someone. Pat would be the first choice for me. Next would probably be Guy.

I took big tune out, put stock tune in and it started . then went to load a different tune iv ran before and now says no GM OS or vin acting like the ecm in blank.

Did you get it started with the stock tune today since your original post?

Nope no luck talked to Guy at Socal and tried the 30 min battery unhook no go , guess were getting the tech2 and doing a reflash.

Bump atleast I learned how to fix this with a full flash of the OS
