Help-possible converter stuck?

In need of help! Today while driving around my truck began to feel like what I think is the torq converter stuck. It is hard pushing through brakes at a full stop and rough when shifting from drive to park and vice versa ( like there is pressure on the trans) Once moving it feels fine. Also if I am at a stop with my foot on the brake I seem to have no throttle response. I can't load it up until i let off the brake. Any ideas? Thank for your help

it could push converter material through the rest of your trans, cooler, and radiator.....

It is not the TCC, the sprag flipped. You need a new TQ either way.
