I would go Kennedy Diesel. Super quiet, flow through design so if it quits working you can still drive it. I just have the single pump now which is good for 95gp/h but you can piggyback them easily to get double. You can't even tell it's running which is nice when you are sittin at the drive thru window!!
Fass is too noisey IMO.

I dropped mine and turned it into my slip tank pump!!

I'm happy with my Fass setup, yes its a little noisey, but I at least know its working.

SO TRUE!!!!

Where do you guys tie in your hobbs switches?

I currently just have power tied into my ABS Fuse slot in the under hood fuse box. I should run a relay but ran out of time. I will when I get back in country but I like the hobbs switch idea also.

Tell me more about kennedy

the kennedy setup sems nice but how good is the filter?
and I thought we wanted lift pumps to be able to self prime so we arent loosing fuel suppluy to the CP3?

I allready Fd up and bought a holley 250 GP dominator pump.
I seen it at checker autoparts here in town got a big woody over its massive size got it home with some an fittings and 495 bucks lighter in the ass, to find out its a race oney not for continuis use
I jumped a little to soon cause my buddy was wearing me out to get home and fix his boat for tomorrow.

Im wondering if the pump will work ok since im using a fuel that lubricates or is it the brushes that will take a dump.
It hase 2 1/2" inlets and 1 1/2" outlet with a 3/8" return set at 12 lbs? if i recall.

I wuz gonna do a custom dual 1/2" pickup that I will pull out of the sky..
Id figured that would supply PLENTY o #2 to a dual CP3 setup
then whutever Pat's got up his sleaves for a new charger

If anyone thinks this pump will work let me know and Ill buy a Nicktane to go with it

Awaiting the #2 gods replys :D

The KD does self prime just fine. If flow rate is a concern, double up the pumps or triple them.

I personally don't run an extra filter between the GM tank and factory filter. I fill my slip tank only and use the FASS to pump it through a waterblocker/filter combo and into my GM tank eliminating most of the crap you find in the fuel (you should see the water and garbage I have caught in the bowl on the filter!!!!) I have heard the KD setup works well though. Anything is better than nothing IMO.

Can't comment on the Holley. That's alot of fuel though!!!!

Thanks for the input LBZ.
I dont like the idea of having to use 3 pumps to do the job that one could do.
so Kennedy is out.

Now I either return the holly dominator and get a Fass setup or use the holley and buy a seperate filter.....

C get outta bed and give me your words on this matter =)
dont make me call you in Hawaii at 4 am again :p
