I have been running the Stock no dpf in my truck for 8 months now with no problems. Today I ran out to change to the economy tune on my Quad 2 and when I plugged it in it was checking the stored vin with the trucks vin and it wouldn't go past that screen, So after waiting 20 minutes I unplugged and turned the truck and and I had a CEL lit. I plugged in my Evolution to pull the codes and I got the following:
u0121 Lost Comm with Antilock brake control Mod
u0140 Lost Comm with Body Control Mod
u0100 Lost Comm with Ecm/Pcm
u0106 These 2 I was able to clear with the Evolution that I use as guages.

I called Quad and they said the tuner isn't communicating with the trucks computer and that something was locking it out.
The truck still fires up and runs ok just can't communicate with the truck to change tunes or put it back to stock any help would be great.
