Back history is i got this motor from a RV with 73k had the heads decked and cleaned and new HG's and ARP Studs installed. After installing the engine i get a misfire and at times fuel knock.

I moved over the engine harness from the Kodiak RV to my Kodiak. I can upload the log file of going around the block if someone asks but we are straight out of ideas at this point.

Misfire #8
Fuel knock when at low rpm solo (Going up inclines)

Engine
2006 LBZ
ARP Headstuds
Thickness C Head Gaskets
New LDS 30% Over Injectors
PPE Race Valve
PPE Fuel Rail Fitting Supply and Return
Fass 150 Lift pump
EGR Delete

Efi Live by Kory Willis
Heads decked .04
Grid Heater Delete
Fass Fuel Filter Delete
Engine and CP3 have 73,000 miles

Remediation Steps

1.New injector Pigtail #8
2.Swapped #8 and #3 injector
3.Verified Valve lash on #8 intake and exhaust
4.Replaced Crank Position Sensor
5.Compression test on #8 and #2 both yielded 300PSI
6.Ohm resistance test of harness at injector
7.Cleaned MAF Sensor
8.Swapped Stock ECU (Ran like shit)

This is a double post, but looking for idea's we need the truck to go to a charity event next week 1000 miles away. Just looking for idea's and help.

You need to swap another ECM in it. But with the same tune. I've seen the injector drivers go bad in an LBZ ECM and cause a single cylinder misfire
