Do you want it loaded out or stripped down? My dealer has a 2500hd cc/lb 2wd work truck in stock. They will deliver, I was in Monroe, MI when I bought my last d-max and they delivered it up there. 900 mi

X2..It's what makes it a truck. :D

200+ on the stock wheel bearings and almost everything else tells me to go 2wd again.

the only parts replaced on the truck besides filters a couple light bulbs and intake/exhaust upgrades were the fuel pump relay, oil pressure sensor, front brake shim kit and one caliper because it stripped.

kinda want he same truck

For what you do with your truck, I would think 2wd would be ideal. Probably easier on fuel as well!!

went back in to the dealer and did a 2500 mile search. 16 of them showing. plently of them are white work trucks. that wouldnt be too bad, tint the windows, black wheels, go for the cop car look.

still waiting on a # for the trade in. appraiser went to drive it, I told him ummm dont push any buttons. he looked at me kinda funny, opened the driver door and said 'I think you better come along:D:rofl:
We got back, he came in brought out 3 more guys in suits including the owner and was grining ear to ear as he walked them around the truck.

We'll see

why not keep it? no major problems yet? cheaper to rebuild the motor and maybe have the seats rebuilt than get a new one right? i am going to try and keep mine as long as i can.

Alright, here's what I'm thinking:

I'm going to hire into a chevy dealership as a salesman, sell myself a truck, collect the commission check, then quit.

I took both the van and truck to 2 dealerships looking to trade in on a 09lmm on Wednesday/Thursday. NEITHER has called me with a $$$ for trade ins. The closest said they couldnt find me a truck, I got on line and found 3-4 that would work (does Texas hog all the 2wd cc/lbs?).

with chevy sales down, what 45% from sep last year to sep this year you would like someone would get out a pencil and start writing down some numbers for me!

I know there's some negative in the truck, but I'm not real worried about it. After all I have writing off 200,000 miles worth of income on my taxes:)
