Okay so when I am in neutral and rev it maybe to 2k rpm's and let off the throttle, a haze of grey smoke will follow... I'll upload a vid tonight, all injectors look in check. Not eating coolant and no blowby. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1395177694.992460.jpg

Do you have anything that will allow you to see pilot injection?

Either pilot quantity or pilot pulse width. I bet it is shutting off. On most of my race tunes, I turn it off at higher RPM to keep rail pressure up. I usually set it to shut off at 2400, but I can't say what other tuners do. I have found it makes a little bit of smoke like you describe if you rev it in neutral.
