my buddy used my other liscense for my cable and now i can't get it to recognize my truck. I tried to load up my tow tune and it can't find a status and tells me to check cables. I hook it up and try to pull dtc's and it says no vehicle found. Any idea what might be the problem.

Using your V2 on another vehicle won't affect it's ability to be used on a vehicle already tuned with that FlashScan.
I have my money on Kat's suggestion - check your cig fuse.
If that's not it, shut everything down and reconnect again.
If we need to take this further to get you back up and running, you'll need to be running the latest software from our website (V7, V8 and firmware within V8) for us to assist.
