I need some advice. Just got done doing s head gasket swap on my LBZ. When I started the truck up it seemed to run OK but was smoking like crazy, whiteish/blue smoke. Took it out for a drive and it started running real bad and would barely idle, still smoking unless RPMs were very high. I had a camshaft sensor code, I replaced that tonight and it did not change how it runs. Any suggestions?

I am curious to see what u find because my truck is pouring out white smoke and idles very rough while throwing a P0341 cam code. Let me know what u find out
