It has been chiped. Dont know what tuner it is.im guessing its a 100hp tune. I have changed the filter. And ran great. It seeems that it throwes the code when it has been running for awhile and is hot out. I let the truck sit for a couple hrs after i cleared the code and it runs great.but like today on the interstate i fliped a bitch and got on it and it than it threw the code

I've popped that code twice due to bad fuel from the same station. Truck would run like crap until I burned through that tank. I quit using that station and no more problems. Put some additive in it and fill up somewhere else and see if the problem remains.

You probably should think about having the dealer set it back to stock and see if that cures the problem, then buy a programer or EFI so you'll know what you have for tuning. Not knowing what level of tuning you have and if you dont have guages you could hurt something towing.

I would recomend a lift pump if your going to run a tuner if your cp3 is good with a lift pump you shouldnt need to change the cp3 for a very long time and if you go efi live you would need 1 anyways if you do a hot tune.
