Hello from Ohio

After about a year and a half of compulsively reading these forums, I figured it was time to say hello. The knowledge I have gotten off here has been of much help and I look forward to learning even more. My plans are to get my truck as fast as my car :thumb:

My garage:
'04 Duramax - 8" fabtech w/37s, Bedliner on the rockers/brushguards, 5" MBRP, PPE valve
- 1/2 way there on my 4.56 gear purchase, plans for a new trans & EFI live, Nexus 2 7" in the dash, & perhaps lowering the truck a couple inches & running 35s.

'05 GTO - Supercharged,19" TSWs w/ Toyo T1Rs, Hurst, Spec Stage 2 clutch, HIDs, Kooks exhaust, JBA headers/cats, Corsa catback, Lingenfelter CAI, Hotchkis sway, 14.5" front/12" rear 6 piston Willwoods cross drilled & slotted, KONI shocks, Kenbell boosta pump, Eclipse nav.

'86 Jaguar XJS V12 5.3L - Don't ever purchase one of these.

Haha, I know. I love the goat and its a quick son of a gun. I don't foresee the Dmax coming anywhere close for a while and after some very expensive purchases.

Yea, it looks like it. Where did you have your trans work done? I might want to sub that out when the time comes. Have you heard of these guys http://powermaxperformance.com/

I live 10 minutes from powermax but i would HIGHLY reccomend callin Blackout Perfromance first and see if Caleb has time to do your trans for you. He is not too far from you prolly 2 hours from akron right in PA. He does top notch work, Matt W. at powermax is good aswell but will charge you a arm and a leg:thumb:

That is definitely some good advice. I appreciate it. I will look into Blackout Performance. PA isn't too far from me since I'm just off I-76.

Noo wayy I drove all the way to NYC to get that honey. Although the new C7's make it quite tempting to part ways w/ it, I would probably kick myself down the road when you just don't see them anymore. They are already growing scarce and that's the way I like it. That and I love the "sleeper aroma" it gives off.
