Just joined up. I had wondered what happened to Kat as I hadn't seen her around the other boards for a while. While I don't have a diesel, I felt compelled to join up here to try and help keep Kat in line (impossible I know, but what the hell).

Say.... has everyone here ever heard the tape of Kat's OnStar call?:joker:

I guess I'll have to dig up that McRat report of the first time Kat drove Big Blue through the yard of their old house:rofl::rofl: Once you all read that, you'll see that it really is Kat on the audio:joker::joker:

I kind of figured that you still don't know what the "round thingy" (as you like to call it) does. One of these days McRat will have to show you or I'll take you for a spin in the Green Flash.... But, I gotta tell ya that Donna's new blue truck is sooo quick it changes color as you drive it; it changes from blue to green:frog::frog: the blue just can't keep up with it (the Green Flash is still quicker though)

Well since now Casper is going 10's or 11.0 when I drive. I have been informed that I need to learn how to use the "Round Thingy":eek: As soon as it cools off I'm going to Spring Mountain. I'm not looking forward to the "Vomit Comet" :baby:

Besides I might need the cerificaton if they require it to buy a Blue Devil or whatever the heck they are calling it these days. But then again I might be looking at the Mustang SS. I also hear they might put something special in the CTS-V. I really need something with 4 seats since most times I have the hamsters with me :cool2:

One of these days your Green might catch up with my Blue :rolleyes::rolleyes:

PS- I can't pick on you for your gassers because Poltergeist has access to all the right buttons here ;)

The new Camaro will be coming out in a couple of years;);) 427 and a 6-speed:drool::drool::drool: It has 4 seats too.

Donna is already a little miffed at me.... My name is on Ken F's list for a new Camaro when they come out. Don't know how I'll pay for it yet, but I've got a couple of years to win the Lotto:rolleyes:

For those that want to know.... here is a summary of the yard incident.....

Kat: Pat, how do I put the truck into four wheel drive?

McRat: Well, you.... wait...why do you need four wheel drive. You're driving in the city?

Kat: Well, I tried to take a shortcut through the yard with the kids, now I'm stuck.

McRat: Stuck?? How could you be stuck?

Kat: the tires sunk in a little and it won't go forward.

McRat: Just back up. You shoudl be able to back out of the ruts if you sank a little.

Kat: I tried that. It didn't work. Don't worry, I didn't tear up the yard.

McRat: It didn't work? How deep did you sink? How bad did you spin the tires??

Kat: Just tell me how to put the truck in four wheel. I've looked all over and can't figure it out....

McRat: Did you look in the owner's manual?

Kat: No, why would I do that??

McRat: (Sighs) Look at the dash... See that big button that says "4x4".

Kat: Yeah... OK what now?

McRat: Push the button and you'll be in four wheel drive

Kat: OOHHH....OK, thanks!

Yes, Kat did finally get the truck in four wheel drive and unstuck from her yard. Glad to hear that you now can find 4x4 without help; even 4-low. I'm impressed;);)

Then proceded to do donuts in the front yard after I picked him up :rofl:

We're about 200 miles from Houston. The local track here isn't bad: http://www.sanantonioraceway.com/

They have a lot of stuff going on from time to time. We went to the Super Chevy show there last summer and had a blast. It only takes us about 15-20 minutes to get there from our house;);)

Now, if Donna would just let me go play more......
