LB7: Heater Hose

I'm guessing the heater hose form an lb7 would fit on my LBZ once I rid my EGR. Anybody got a part number for the hose from heater to thermostat?

Once you remove the egr you just add in a adapter fitting and some new hose.

I know but If possilbe I'd like one of the prebent hoses. I've got enough wires under the hood I'd like this to look not so jerry rigged
