heater and ac vents not blowing hard

hi guys im having problems with my 02 sierra 2500 ext cab....my cab vents are not blowing hard....either on heat and ac it blows but it is not very hard....im lost on what to do....could cab filters be plugged or what else could it be thanks

Changing the cabin filters will make a huge difference if they are dirty. I'd bet that's the problem.
