LBZ: heater/ac question

so sometimes when i start my truck and turn the heater on.. it comes on.. and sometimes it wont. like it'll blow out of whatever setting i have it on, and blow hot. but wont blow hard. but sometimes it does.. do i just need to get a blower motor? or the head control unit. its all digital dual climate control.

My fan would only blow on high and I changed the blower motor resistor and that fixed it. Not sure if that will fix yours or not,Just an idea.

Check to see if the blower resistor harness is melted
