Heated seats not working

so i cant get my heated seats to work, ive put in new elements top and bottom drivers side the one in the back was shorted bad, but now they only turn on for bout 45seconds to maybe a min....???? also my seat isnt adjust like it should the back part wont move at all...

ive read it could need reprogramed? or could it be the memory/ heated seat module just be bad??? Ideas......

Maybe the passenger side is burnt too?

My driver seat works for about 20 seconds then shuts off. If my passenger is fine as long as I don't turn on the driver side. HELP!:woott:
