LB7: Heads!

Bare or not doesnt really matter. I think i have a cracked head and im trying to figure out how much im looking at and to see if anyone has some laying around for a good price thanks guys! I have a STOCK turbo i can trade!

I had a feeling when you explained bolts going though water jacket and needed a sealant. Wow, and those barely have any miles on castings.

Well i dont remember who it was but someone said he might have used too long of a bolt and pierced through the head into the water jacket.

This is my own assumption, based on facts! Out of everyone on here no one has had to seal those two bolts with sealant. Therefore he f'd something up! Thats where the coolant was coming in obviously because its not hydrolocking anymore. But i can still smell burning coolant. And its overheating.

I'm in the market for a right passanger side lb7 head out of a 2003 with ca emmisions 041-1 casting mark. Anybody have one for sale for good price? Thought I might start my search here.
