Having trouble with PPE service

Has anybody delt with PPE service. I sent in my programmer to get fixed and they said it should take a day or so and send it back.They recieved it on the 14th abd I didn't hear from them for a week. called back on the 18th and they couldn't find it. Called back on the 21st and they found it.They finally fixed it on the 23rd and said they ship it off the next day. Been waiting with no email or call. Called back today and it's still sitting in there office. Is there service like this all the time or just with me. Kinda pissing me off

Well I'm having problems with my core charge. But they finally got it figured out today after a week of going back and forth.

sorry to hear about your bad experience, dan was "the man" when i sent mine in to get reprogrammed. treated me great. keep in mind texas is a long way from cali. it'll take a while to ship, once they finally do. call him up and tell him to upgrade your shipping. i bet they will since they dropped the ball sounds like.
