My 05 LLY is equipped with PPE dual fuelers with an LBZ pump, 50 hp nozzles, Van aaken 180, PPE 350 hp tune, HTT 66/73/S300 charger. Having intermittant fueling issues wher some times it will fuel hard like it should and some times it seems like its half fuel and only making 28 psi boost with no smoke at all vs 43 and smoking heavily. Rail pressure and TPS % seems good. I regrounded the dual fueler harness right to the battery, I also pulled the fuse to the 2nd pump and it went to full stroke at idle, same when i unplugged the primary pump. Having a hard time with this one and need it fixed up. Any ideas? Have lift pumps and both are working as well.
