I was wondering how Meany people are using hard block and if its worth doing..also is.it harder to keep cool running around on the street?

Weve got a few with a 1/2 fill and no noticeable difference was seen. Just make sure to fill it before machine work, they do shift.
I filles to bottom of freeze plugs. Short fill. Truck runs cool until you get into it then temps rise and cool back down in a few seconds. That's the reason not to tow very heavy with a partially filled block.

I wouldn't fill a motor if its getting driven very much. If it's a toy with limited street time it should be fine. The motor will not run hotter but the oil temps will, A bunch! I run hardblock and think it's a must on a performance motor but will not run it in a driver. Be sure to put a oil temp gauge.

For the life of me I cannot see how you can fill a block part way and daily drive and not have any adverse effects? Im referencing street driving traffic etc etc.
How much change in oil temps did you see? Hard block is a cement based grout so heat transfers should be minimal under normal driving conditions.

Like I stated before. The only adverse effect that I have seen is that the water temp will rise quickly under hard acceleration and will be back to normal spot within a few seconds. I am talking about a motor capable of over 1k HP. That particular tune probably makes in the neighborhood of 750+

I don't have any issue with temps biggest thing was removing stock oil cooler
