h2 rims with chevy center caps?

ive seen it done before but i just got a set of chrome h2 rims but the chevy center caps are a little bigger than the h2 centers did you guys grind the rim down a bit or what i would like to keep the chevy center caps

I have a couple sets of H2s and use the GMC centers and all you have to do is cut the small tabs off the back of the center caps.
chevy caps are the same thing. if yours are bigger than the H2 center caps then what are they from?

there just stock chevy center caps there just to big i have he chrome h2;s also if it matters,im thinking about grinding it to fit:happy2:

You mean they stick out too far? What your saying makes it seem the diameter is larger

yes the diameter of the center cap will not fit in the diameter of the center cap of the h2 rims...sorry for the confusion...i dont understand because i see everyone running with them on

You thought wrong. You need a set from the factory aluminum wheels.

You must be using steel wheel center caps.

What he said... The center caps from steel wheels are slightly larger diameter than the PY0 centers. PY0 center caps just fit inside the H2 wheels.

yeah kinda bummed about this situationa nd havent had much time to play sence im driving the cummins dually around instead of the duramax, but ill see if i can make something work with what i have
