1997.5 H1 Alpha to 06 Duramax/Allison: Replacing Eng Bay Harness to eliminate old mix and match wiring issues. Unable to get low gear to engage. Any ideas???

when you say low gear...do you mean shift into manual or shift all the way to first gear?? Id say wiring harness issue first..(easiest to diagnose)
