Traded in the old girl today.
In a 16 lml 2500 ltz now. Full load with nav and all. Picked it up for 20g less than new with only 6000 miles on it. Came with a topper and spray in box liner. Just need to lose the city mirrors and eventually the front bumper and black it out.

Can't keep nothing clean up here.
Old man steps will be going. Topper will go once I get my sled deck tuned up and powder coated. First thing though is try to find some tow mirrors.

Eventually I wanna get rid of all the chrome on the front too.

Whaattttt didn't you just get your truck running or did you give up on it?
It was running. But needed injectors and a trans build amongst a few other things. With the shitty dollar it wasn't worth putting another 15g into it. Plus I no longer have a place to work on it which was very frustrating.

Can't complain about the mileage. Will have to see how hand calculated shapes up.

Ya know, thats a nice truck, D. One steal of a deal from the sound of it, too.

Have fun with it, enjoy it. :thumb:

Damn I liked your old truck, but I can understand getting rid of it. You got a good deal on the new one for sure.

Ya it had a good run but it was time. Too many rough years in the oil patch took its toll and I found lots of things that needed fixing after getting it back on the road. Interior was still near mint but running gear needed attention more than I was willing to continue throwing money at. To put it mildly my wife is happy it's gone lol.

She may not be as impressed when I go buy a new Yamaha sidewinder turbo in the fall lol.....

New truck and the wife is happy... I'm doing something wrong. Lol

Not sure I can help you sell the new turbo to your wife. Maybe instead you could sell her on a new sled?

As in a new sled for herself?
She hates winter lol.

I however would be quite happy on one of these:https://youtu.be/sesazKqIp2Y

Nice haven't got to get on one of those yet I haven't really kept up on them. I see Arctic cat gave them the new front end now. That new front end is awesome to say the least. Holds hills very well. I was on a proclimb same chassis.

The chassis and front end is cat. And that's where the similarities stop. Everything else is designed and spec'd to yamaha design. I'm not even sure if the panels are even interchangeable on the 18 models.
Deadly machine though with crazy power for being stock and not too bad for weight. Lots of guys jumping on them after the crap doo that got released last year.
