This past season i ran a GTX42 with a 2.8 bushing. For this next season i would like to get on page with National 2.6 rules.
My question is- Is it possible to have my GTX cover modified to a 2.6 bore, and also have the wheel machined for the 1/8'' protrusion?

Is it possible , yes but it is likely going to be spendy to make it a 2.6 with protrusion , the wheel is easy to have machined , but finding a GT42 based cover with a 2.6 inducer is going to be harder , I know Precision carries them but dont know if they can be purchased separately. Might be worth sending the GTX42 down the road and just buying the precision 2.6 sled pulling turbo , i would bet good money it would be cheaper than converting.

I would bet good money the precision 2.6 charger is a better all around charger then the gtx
