My trucks has started smoking grey/blueish while cruising and under light acceleration. It does not smoke at idle oil looks good any ideas?

No, When I start it there is a puff of black smoke
idle is clear
It is when I am lightly on the throttle or cruising is when it smokes grey/blueish it turns black with slightly more throttle

You can check the balancing rates and see where they are at to start with. No ther fuel codes? When I had my 02 when the injectors went bad a week before hand I kept getting a low rail code whenever I got after it and they started getting loud. It smoked like your describing but I had fuel in my oil.
