Okay guys, i still have my check engine light for my number 4 glow plug. here is what i have done so far, i replaced the glow plug with no change, i have also changed it out with another one and still have the number 4 issue. I then looked at the wire and ohmed it out, and that came back as good. now i am to the GPCM, if i do replace it do i have to have it programed? or is this a simple replacement part?

What code do you have? I know at work after I replace a glow plug you have to command it on and make sure it comes on then you can clear the code with a tech 2

I honestly don't know on the gpcm. hook it up and try it, if it has to be programmed, it just won't do anything. Dealer usually won't charge much to program a module
