I've been thinking for some time now about selling the Dmax and getting something different. Most likely a new truck but who knows. Lately a couple people have been interested in or have asked me if I want to sell it.

I haven't lost interest but I'd also like something new.

2001 EXT Cab Dually
Has 70,000 on the clock.
Guages ,Tranny temp,Fuel Pressure,Boost ,EGT all Ultra Light Series.
Denali door handles in and out chrome painted to match buckets. Denali shift lever and instrument cluster.
Kennedy dual lift pumps with pre-filter.
TTS tuning (what-ever haters :D)
ATS drop in transmission with co-pilot.
Prodigy brake controller
AFE intake
Super Diesel tie-rod sleeves
Super Diesel boot (you know the one with all the fittings)
Piaa Airdam with Piaa fogs
New Interstate Batteries
6 Brand new Firestone Transforce 235-85-16 mounted on Ultra Light Alum wheels.
Kennedy diesel headlight harness with the unavailable Rally bulbs. Super Super brite!
Other things I'm sure I'm forgetting.

Truck has been maintained regularly. Any other work if ever needed has been done by the dealer. There is probably in the range of 10000 miles on a new set of injectors. I don't recall exactly. Should be serviced ,oil, fuel filters ,transmission filter.

The bruises:

Rear bumper is a little tweaked but not bad, stone chips on front of hood, tear in drivers seat where they all tear but minimal. I have had it repaired once. Couple blemishes here and there but it's in great shape IMO. Truck is or has not been driven in winter. Under carriage is in impeccable shape IMO. Never been in a accident.

The AC isn't working at the moment it is I'm sure a simple fix perhaps a leak. Also an occasional sticky FRPCV. Injectors are in spec biggest issue with the truck is it sits to much! Other then that it runs great!

KBB says excellent shape $18000. To me excellent shape is rolling off the assembly line. My truck is in great shape. I'm thinking I should ask $15500.

What do you think any interest here if I decide to sell it? Putting some feelers out there. I know some have shown interest here.

Did she even see rain? :D

Nick

Not much couple two three times. I don't drive it in in climate weather ,I drive my Jeep.

It's a very good possibility that I will sell it if the money is right. I've had it for 11 years now and I'm looking for something else ,time for a change.

No comments on the price ? Guess I'll list it in the 4-sale and see what happens. No Time for all the tire kickers looking for pictures although .

For those interested, this is damn nice truck. I'd venture to say it may be the cleanest 01 in the country. Although I haven't seen it in a few years (Mack keeps it hidden from the world) so maybe mack lost his touch with his old age and all, but I somehow doubt it. I always wanted to buy the thing though. Princess will make someone really happy as its one bad ass truck. Hopefully you are selective on who it goes to Mack. I'd say that 15K is a little on the low side considering what used trucks are going for these days and the condition its in + the mods. Interested in selling/swapping anything on her? I have a few things in mind. Shoot me a pm if you are interested.

I have a couple different things I'm interested in. And it just might be a couple things that I swap this out for. I'll still be in the need of a truck ,just don't want a dually this time. Like I said time for a change. I don't want to trade this truck in. BUT it will be GM no matter what I buy.

Tom,

Yes it still has the Piaa air dam and Piaa lights.

Kris,

Thanks yes it still is VERY VERY clean IMO. There is a couple minor things like hood chips and other minor flaws here and there but for the most part it's ,for a 01, is clean. The major factor or reason why is that I did NOT drive it in the winter. So like I said the under carriage is nearly 100% rust free! That is amazing so who ever buys it is getting a 01 like it just rolled out of the showroom!

The price of $15,500 is reasonable and pretty firm as again IMO it's a good deal! You WILL NOT find a 01 IMO for that money with all the extras that clean never been hit with 70K on the clock. Sure I could ask $18000 and then get picked down to that price anyway most likely I hate selling shit so lets just cut to the chase. Anyone local ,no tire kickers, with the money come take a look at it and tell me I'm wrong! Monday I'll get it outside take a few pics post them up and get a mod to move this to the for-sale section and see what happens.

I have a couple guys local that have asked about it like I said ,they don't know yet that I have decided to sell . They will next week. I can't be that selective, he who has money first ,will own it. Unless there is more then one at the same time, doubtful you know how people are talk the talk but don't walk it, then I'll interview them and let them know if I'll LET them buy it! :D

Along with a list of things to do and not do . Specific washing instructions, waxing etc and the proper products to use. I'll have to check out the living quarters. Along with references!

Hey now that's a shitty comparison! :D

Anyway took some pics going to post them for those interested when I get home . Brought in the camera forgot the USB cord,DUH!!

Might have someone coming this afternoon to take a look. We'll see

It's been sitting for OVER two months so it's pretty dusty. Actually filthy to my standards, needs a bath. Can't do it here the water sucks in Wolcott leaves shitty water marks. If I take it out and drive it I'll probably change my mind! :D
