LB7: got some werd codes i dont understand what they are

It did it again n it seems like the turbo wasn't working either n was loosing boost, it only happens at high speed around 90+ so far

P0238 is a boost code and if your efi-live tuner did not address the proper tables the code will keep setting.
If the code sets and the limp tables are not addressed it can and will pull fuel.
If you have the stock IHI turbo it either works or doesn't, it is not a VVT so the computer has no control over it as it has a wastegate.
