My machine shop showed me that my exhaust valves and all valve guides are bad. What brand do most people use/recommend?

If its a mild build I'm sure the stock valves would be fine. It gets pricey if you go to a better valve like an Inconel or titanium. Those are typically used on big builds.
Should I buy oem valves through gm or is there a company that makes a good oem spec valve I guess is what I'm trying to ask.

A couple engine builders have told me that aftermarket valveguides are much better, but stock valves are fine.
