Its spring, they are fighting the reflection of themselves in your mirror, fold them in and see what happens. This exact thing happened to me last year for weeks until I started folding my mirrors in when I was at home

Luckily I live in the sticks and my only neighbor goes dove hunting with me.
In the four years I have lived here this is the first time its happened. I caught this one in the act. Landed on my mirror and did his business on it.
