So Friday night I got some parts I had ordered put on. They were a Sinister PCV reroute and an AFE intake. Got them all on and everything. But my boost is about 5psi down from what it was with the stock air box. Not sure what could be the issue now. I can hear the new intake sucking more air but not sure why my boost is so low which is causing my EGTs to skyrocket. Any info would be great!!

Moved into LLY section of Hard Parts. Almost sounds like you didnt get the mouthpiece seated correctly on the turbo.

if you put an AFE Bladerunner on make sure that it is seated correctly on the turbo mouthpiece and that clamp is tightened down sufficiently. if that is correct make sure your filter is fully tightened and your maf sensor is sealed correctly with the O-RING. you have a boost leak somewhere you just need to find it. also since you rerouted the PCV make sure that piece on the mouthpiece is properly capped off.

I just checked all my clamps and everything is as tight as I can get it. Not sure where it's leaking. Any tips on how to find the leak?

Also it still has the stock mouth piece over the turbo. All I did with that is looosend the clamp so I could spin the mouth piece to keep it from hitting my boost gauge hook up in my egr delete.

Update:
The connection between the egr tube and the engine itself was the issue. I was messing with it and heard a suction like noise and BAM she was back to her normal self. Thanks for all the help guys!!

Not my engine bay but where I have circled is the piece my egr delete hooks to that comes up from in between the valve covers. I pushed down on that connection and heard the sound. Not sure how or why it came off. But it also explains why I couldn't get the bolts back in that hold the delete pipe in.

Oh, I was unaware they still made deletes that used that factory y bridge horn, yeah, that's a common place for that shit to leak, because of its awesomeness.

Keep an eye on the bolts, because the piping will flex and those little bolts like to back out.

Okay thanks for the heads up. My delete is a Sinister as well. I think it was one of my first mods I did to this thing

It's been a couple days now and it's boosting normal. Nothing irregular so far. Must be from all the movement from me adding new parts it must have slipped off at some point

Good to hear. That's a common problem after being in that part of the motor. You might need to strap it in. Google it, I think Rick from profab had a link to a write up on his website...
