Gmax help please

The pump shim and installer that is included with this kit gives no instruction
on and installing. Has anyone installed and if so can you point me in right direction. Thanks

The pump tool bolts to the pump so that you can depress PR valve and remove pin. After pin removal pull the metal retainer on to of spring and insert shim, then re install metal retainer over spring and install pin.

On my truck do i need to do the drain back and prime springs directions say
01-03 if you have 04 skip this step. Even though mines an 04 its lb7 just want to make sure

Do it on an '04 only if you had a drain back problem.
