A while back, GM used to sell their Techline eSI system as a standalone application shipped on a few CDs, then eventually a DVD.

I acquired a copy a while back, but the latest update I have is from 2005. I know that GM now only provides this information as a web-based subscription, but I thought they put more updates out before going web-only. (I want to say 2009 or 2010?)

Does anyone know what the latest update was, and does anyone have a newer copy than me?

I would be very interested in updating my software if I can find or buy a copy somewhere.

This is what I am looking for, in case you know it by another name:

I purchased some CD/DVD's thru this site. It looks as thou some stuff is updated only thru 2011..maybe some are newer...not sure

Thanks!

Looks like VACD-SI2013-01 ("ACDELCO SERVICE MANUAL OWNER BULLETINS 1998-2013") might be what I want. But at $400, I need to confirm before I buy...

Anyone bought a copy (or the previous SIDVD201102 "ACDELCO SERVICE MANUAL OWNER BULLETINS 2001 - 2011")?

I have the one that covers 2001 - 2012. It covers all 4 vehicles in my house. Takes a few minute to load in.....once its up and running its really really really good. It has the tech/service manually for every GM line/vehicle made between those years. I was skeptical of the $400 price also.....DEFINITELY worth it.....

There is a guy over here http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/members/heymccall-13617.htm that is probably the most honest and experienced about this stuff.......

I talked to Heymccall, but he said he hasn't used the system. Does your copy look anything like my screenshot (in the first post)?

Hey Dave, in your first post with the screenshot it says service and arts at the top. Does this system also provide parts breakdowns?

It provides most diagrams, some exploded views, and some part numbers, but it doesn't have a parts catalog. It is mainly a repair guide, and the images and parts/tool lists are geared toward that.

yes, the first page is pretty similar to that image. So far I have printed out the sections I needed for some years of the DMax, a Saturn, a Saab, and a Buick. Nice to have all the info and not take up 30 feet of shelf space.
