How long does it usually take for parts to ship from them? I ordered an LBZ Mouthpiece last night and the Status is: On Order... what does that mean?

it means your gonna wait for a while, I havent liked my few experience with gm parts direct

They were out of them when I ordered mine. Didn't even tell me for a couple of weeks. Ended up finally getting it after a couple of months.

and they dont have a phone # so you can call them, they want to deal thru emails, which takes several days to answer a question.
