GM OBD-1 tuning

trying to figure out what im gonna need to scan/tune my 91 vette... as i understand it its an Eprom system but i have no idea how it works...


anyone have any info? this site seems like it would have all i need http://www.moates.net/gm-obd1-pre1996-c-64.html but i dont know what i need and what i dont


does efilive have anything for obd-1 cars besides the scan license shown on this site

theres a company out there that you can get the system to tune it your self but it cost more than efi live and you need way more stuff than just a lap top.
